2.7 TDi sump

Does anyone have a TDi sump, for a Lady Mav owner that dinged it a while ago and now it has a largish rust area that Swifty has tried welding but it is too thin, it will not last very long, Rick

I really do not know but I doubt it, I would imagine that the TDi just introduced an intercooler and some jazy electronics,but as I say I do not know, for instance the turbo could have a different oil return that goes into the sump instead of the block? so am not sure, Rick

i would guess the same but not sure, like you say just add ons really, main guts should be the same. i have td sump £35 inc p&p if any good, thanks james

sounds good, trying to contact the lady but no response so far, I know she has a special needs lad so is probably busy or tired out, will let you know as soon as I have contact but we can do nothing this side of Easter anyway, regards Rick
