2.4 petrol coolant/oil change

hi all what oil grade oil do ya use 10/40 fully or part synthetic and how much oil does it hold.coolant what mixture 50/50 is it blue or red also I noticed coolant tank on left.this doesn't look like a pressurized system looking at cap.yellow.is there an actual pressure cap some were else .the coolant looks black/dirty rusty I think,thanks 4 yr help

I run mine on 100% anti freeze all year round

think im blind found pressure cap
is it 50/50 antifreeze ???

Neat anti freeze in mine, don't bother with water :thumbs
