2 & 4 door size

seriously,measure the width of yours and I'll do the same.....logics says they are; why would anyone tool up (and we're talking megabucks here) for a different door when they don't need to.

can't quite work that dimension out Paul?

but hopefully these will help... the bottom half of the door, at its widest point (in my case at the top of the plastic body kit thats fitted to the SE LWB), about 10-12 inches above the door bottom, is 44 & 5/8 inches wide - so the door opening itself will be a little under 45 inches at that point.

If I measure the back end of the door, i.e. where it shuts against the B pillar, its roughly 53 & 1/2 inches top to bottom.

Is that enough to say if you're in or out of the ballpark? If we're in, let me know if you want any more measurements and I'll do them later on a photo if I can....

Still not sure about what dimension you've taken but if you look at the PASSENGER door, you've got that triangle of plastic on the left of the window as you look at it where the mirror mounts to the body....if you take a measurement from the r/h side of that triangle then its roughly 33 & 3/8 to the right hand edge of the door.

Done with the kids plastic ruler though, but pretty accurate (all my tools elsewhere!!).

Hi Paul IIRC the SWB doors are longer than the LWB ones like most other cars
