1997 terrano extreme

Hi new here,

just needing a question answered if poss,
have a small diesel leak from side of pump
it is a little oval shaped cover with a screw at each end.

just wondering if anyone knows what is in there?
before i take it off, is it a o ring or suchlike?

True, but then he'll be really pissed off at loosing all that fuel :lol So if it drips one drip a minute , I reckon he'll save his tenner back in about a week
