i can be exact with ours as iv just counted the empty containers behind my shed so far i have run over 600 litre of ktc veg oil in our T2 i mix 10% unleaded with every 20 litres except during the much warmer summer when it was 100% svo so far no problems at all i cant put the no 1 injector failing down to it im sure that was going long before i started using svo and there prone to going any ways
ruff calculations derv at 1.40 per litre x 600= £840
svo at 80 pence per litre x 600 = 3480
so a saving of about £360 ish
yes i know i have to buy the unleaded but its still a saving we bought a yearly family pass with it and have been going to all the themes parks every other week for free the kids have loved it if i could find a decent wvo supplier or supply i would make my own bio am still thinking of doing that with the svo if it works out cheap enuff then no worries of temp of the fuel in the tank with s udden cold snap

ps a traffic cop mate of mine was telling thats its an offence to carry a full petrol or derv can inside a vehicle blah blah blah when i mentioned we always took a 20 litre cubie of svo away with us just in case we ran low, its veg oil its a food so no offence committed i said, fair play he said lol

swirl chamber
hi banshee,the swirl chamber is in the fuel tank at the end of the pick up pipe, bit it has very small holes at the bottom to let the fuel into it so i remover it.
the lift pump was of off ebay about 26 quid fitted at the point of entry to the main fuel pump on engine.

in tank pump
out of qurisoty do the 3lre t2 have an in tank fuel pump and is the tank fitting the same as a 2.7 t2,any one know if i can fit one easy,ie fittings the same,same tank on both etc.thanks.
