    Will do matey , I completely forgot about the Pathfinder. I once had a long drawn out debate with a mate on whether the PF was a T2 replacement (like escort to focus) or was basically a Navara without the flatbed and nothing to do with the T2! Never quite settled on an answer.:confused:

    looked at the MAF and found sensor which turns out to be a HITACHI. So this has narrowed down the detective work nicely. I,ll post some pictures just in case anyone is interested/has the same problem.

    Cheers mate :thumb2, I will start on the detective work asap , please excuse my ignorance but I dont know what Maf stands for ? I assume by checking the "Maf" it will reveal whether its Bosch or Hitachi/Zexel?
