Having a look at the alternator a minute ago there seems to be an oil leak from the vac pump on the back of it. Could this have something to do with it? I havn't got a multi-meter so cant check the plugs myself, I need to get one as they are cheap as chips on ebay. I know what you are saying...

I cleaned the mini filter on mine about 5-6 wks ago. Some of the poor running problems are starting to appear again. If i remove the mini filter is it likely to cause any problems? I just use pump diesel? SORRY FOR POSTING TWICE!!! Bloody phone...

I haven't tried adjusting the choke (mines broken with a piece of metal to twist :o), does it make a difference or does it just sort itself out as it warms? Could you let me know if the glowplugs improve things? Does yours smoke as you rev it to stop it from stalling?

My front wipers have stopped working on the slow speed setting, the other two speeds are fine. Is there a relay or something that controls the delay in the movement of the wipers? Any ideas of what the cause could be?

Yeh i have checked inside and its not there. I have a trolley jack already, I just wanted to get the standard one in there tucked away coz i don't want to have my trolley jack rolling around in the back.

Hi, does anyone have a spare tool kit or wheel brace they don't need? Just got a terrano bottle jack from the scrappy but it didn't have a toolkit with it. I have the long rod under my rear seats that fits into the square on the jack but thats it, after the other bits.

Thanks for the warm welcome... I forget that the little mirror is there, ive got it pointed down towards the kerb so the mrs can hopefully see where she is when she is parking on that side. She gets to drive it more than me as she does the school run in it whilst i get soaked on my scooter...

This is my truck, haven't done anything to it yet other than fit a cd player and some parking sensors (for the wife), only had it 2 weeks. Need to touch up the bumpers and sort the front grill out first i think. Beats driving the renault scenic i swapped it for :thumbs
