no the bulk head is welded with sheet metal and then covered in filler and sprayed it was a big job and it passed as well the mot isn't due until june/july any ways. the inside of the bonnet it not an mot fail, i was advise that i can weld a sheet metal all over the hole or cut the rust out...

i did have a fule leak and i replace with fule line hose as the hole thing does need replacing but it will do untill i can replace it. or buy a van and use that. does any one no where i can i get a cheap diesel van from for less than 400 quid :D
