hi all, Heres a thought, Has anyone ever swapped fixed hubs for auto hubs? Thinking along lines of fixed hubs must have a degree of 'drag' through diff and transfer box even when in 2Wd ???? so maybe saving some MPG? Steve

think they may of changed main pic now, yes thats what you want, though very easy and about 10 mins to make if you a pair of tin snips and thin sheet of Ally. i removed my valve, drew round the gasket between valve and manifold, cut one out of ally sheet, and bolted everything back together...

hopefully my last problem to sort on the blessed truck is the leaky sump. Its leaking around bottom seam near drain plug, basically looks like its rotted! From quick look it appears enging out job, or am i missing a 'cheat' somewhere and it can sty in place? steve

I'd say diesel lines. mine did this, in end i chopped them off and replaced with rubber from front to back. Think it was 6mm and 8mm ID hose. Clutch pipe I blanked of next to flexy near slave cylinder. Steve
