A really big thank you to Mav 96. I ordered the part you recommended and fitted it today. The engine management light has gone and the engine now runs very nicely. Thanks again ..........

When it was connected it ran in 'limp home' mode so I disconnected it and it runs but judders if the engine is not 'pulling'. :confused:

Hi solarman216, I don't know it is a Bosch. The part number was given to me by Ford spares dept in the UK. Someone suggested it is probably manufactured by Bosch though this may now be doubtful. I know it has failed because when the technician tested it it came up with the crankshaft timing...
