OK :confused: I thought it was a reasonable question, but judging by the answers, apparently not.

I was thinking more of stone chip protection but just a bit confused as to why they seem to make them for MK 1-2 & 3, but not Mk 4.

Does anyone know if Terrano Mk4 bonnet guards are available, I've searched high and low but can't find one anywhere. If they're not available does anyone know why:confused: Chris:)

Thanks for all the replies, certainly food for thought. The last thing I want is a load of trouble, so I'm going to ponder:o One thing I didn't mention earlier is that these ruts are normally driven by my other half, at night with no lights, me in the passenger seat with a night vision rifle...

A bit of both I suppose, I don't do any really rough stuff but do tend to drive along some farm tracks that are rutted, albeit fairly shallow ruts, but the Terrano tends to sit in the rut one side with the other side right on the crest. If it's a bit greasy you suddenly get a sharp side shift...

I'm afraid I have a bit of an adversion to them, but I really fancy a set on my Terrano as long as they're not going to put too much stress on the bearings and cause problems. No doubt many on here will have experience of these, Do they cause bearing trouble or any steering problems :confused...

Hello. My first post seeking advice and only had my Terrano for a day. It's a Terrano II, 05plate, 3 door and the passenger side window won't work from the passenger side switch. It works fine from the drivers side switch, the window lock button works but there's no joy with the passenger...
