    don't shout at me if i am wrong, but would it not be more easy just to attach a snatch block to the anchor point in front of the vehicle, run the winch line in the snatch block and back the vehicle?

    Just had to replace the plate that holds the trailer plugs on the x-trail because the last one snapped, give it 2 months and this one will be snapped as well. is there any way of stopping them snapping> i.e. using bolting two together or a stronger one?

    update. no cahnge quad and navi still missin, i would agree and say thats the last we'll see of the navara, prob has different plates on it by now. thing about the quad is, these are extreamly rare quads so unless they have deported it out the country.

    there not that hard to replace, just support the engine remove old mount, fit new one, done.

    don't know what the full number plates are but i'll try to get them (they ain't mine), i'm clever enough to keep my keys on me and have invested in more security then my quads worth:lol but, i think the navara is missing it's rear window due to the owner going off road with the quad in the back...

    someone broke down his front door nicked the keys to the truck and i think the quad was in the back of it but the other problem is the truck had the keys to his 2 businesses in it as well:doh

    cheers, normally we would not be bother about the quad cause it is insured but it's worth over 10k.
