I removed the headlight glass on a Micra using a hair dryer to warm up the sealant ( it wasn't silicon) and a Stanley blade to cut the sealant and you slowly pry the glass away. Quite easy once you get it moving. You should be able to warm the sealant back up again to seal the glass back in...

Ah! That explains it a bit. Have you done a body lift too? What size are your wheels/tyres. I realise 31" but what size does it say on them? Did they require any work to fit them? Cheers.

I was looking at doing the cheap lift. While looking at the pics on the guide, my t2 looks as high now. Looking at the torsion adjuster bolts, they are all the way up but not sure about the rear? What do you think?

They still flash orange but have a silver coating on the outside. They are only normal bulbs as led bulbs make the indicators flash faster due to less load on circuit.

I couldn't tell you mate. Only had my t2 a couple of days with limited driving. And one of my links was that worn, the ball joint had separated so arb not doing much. Poly bushes fitted while I was doing links. So there is less body roll but that will be more to do with having a working arb lol.

I'm sure they're not interchangeable. Not easily anyway. The newer one goes all the way down to the gear stick surround. Probably different around heater controls too.
