check if there is power going to the motor for the window. just remove the door cover and remove the plug on the motor . then if no power to the motor you can work from backwards to find the fault:thumb2

finally got round to fixing the rear windows , they haven't worked for over 12 months . after removing the door card . then the 3 bolts holding the window motor . remove the 4 screws holding the cover for the motor . The motor is then removed by turning anti clockwise, its has a threaded shaft ...

finally put a new battery on today . over a year ago the drivers window stopped working , after putting a new battery on it now works ? strange to me. the old battery has been weak for that time too . but i would have thought the alternator would power the windows even if the battery was weak...

Basically i ordered one and thought it had got lost in the post so ordered another one from a different seller . Then the original purchase turned up a month later :confused: So if anyone can make use of of it . Its the small one . I have the tdi which has 2 sensors 1 for the engine management...

temperature gauge sensor 1999 2.7tdi hi do you have a temperature sensor for above model . its the small one on the thermostat housing (spade connector ). not the management one cheers mate dave

They are common across nissan brands the sunny , x- trail that i know of but just finding the correct one seems to be the problem . made some inquiries over the weekend and some have asked for the part number to cross match :nenau

The actual sensor unit is duff . temp gauge showing half even when cold . When disconnected goes down to 0 . dave
