happends when ya fuel pump seals go,s and if it ever do,s fasted way of stopping it is to blank the turbo off from getting air and it stops the engine as some times you cant turn it off by the key

i think thats were some poeple go wrong ,with there mpg , ,booting the hell out of the engine ,me slf i never rev it over 2000 revs theres no need for it ,why boot the turbo flat over ,, when a slow build up dos nicely ,, a turbo boost gauge in these motor would be a good thing as you know when...

i think you may not need to know but that works out just under 15 mpg mate and yes your motor has a drink problem :eek: the 400 miles i did on a full tank and was still under the first quater mark,, on return ,,but been the 3,0 di i think they are better on derv any way ,but i only ever tow...

hi all well iv found the problem turned out to be the exhaust sitting on the gearbox cross member , :sly when i took the car in for a exhaust so cheers guys for for the help:thumbs:thumbs:thumbs;

have a vibrition on the back end only over 55 mph but wheels have been balances bushers have been checked and all is fine ,,:( so am at a loss to what it is ,, 4 weeks in of owning the terrano and this has happend ,needs sorting as its vibritioning threw the whole car,needs a exhaust to moro...

do`s the club not do a sticker for the car so other members know your in the club :thumb2 ,, other clubs do ,

just been to scotland for a weeks break and dragged the caravan up there and its a 26 footer ,, now my question is i did 400 miles on a full tank towing the van is that good :nenauas i thought it was ,, and its a 3,0 di ,,

no only one kid mate but the dogs tak up the boot space:thumb2 so the roof box holds all the awning and poles as we never leave any thing in the van in storeage so the box comes in handy as i can leave them in there till next time :thumb2
