The guys have just rang me. Unfortunately they reckon the turbo is shot. With a complete engine flush, full service, which by the sounds of it was the cause of the turbo going in the first place, the cost of the new turbo all in it works out at £1100+VAT. They reckon the car hasnt been...

As I have said, I have an '03 3.0td patrol grsve. Its currnetly with a turbo specialist here in N.I. I have just been told it needs a new turbo, and some other 'bits'? Im waiting on them getting back to me with a price :confused:

I think im about to lose thousands! but I will pay the tenner.
