It's a Terrano 1997 2.7dti. Like the idea of a sink plug, if the water does happen to expand out of the top will it goes clockwise or anti-clockwise ?

I have mis-laid/lost the plastic screw cap for the radiator expansion tank. Anyone experienced the same and if so, what plastic cap might fit. My alternative is to buy a complete expansion tank from a breakers at around £25.........
