    Spotlights - Doing it right

Yes you will need 2 relays tbh 1 30a relay might cope if you stick to 55w bulbs but it'll be running just off max current:augie On my old T2 the front spots on the bumper came on with main beam via a relay the 4 on the roof again came on with main beam but I fitted a switch on the dash so they...

Chihuahua quest is it madness ?

My mates parents used to have 18 adult Chihuahua's plus puppies but they were really into the dog shows & did well often travelling to Crufts every year to show/compete. Hope the pup gives you many years of enjoyment:thumbs Personally i'm a big Jack Russell fan & any owner of the breed will know...

    location of ecu

On both of the T2's i've had (1999 & 2005) it was behind the centre console as I came across them when running extra wiring to the cubby hole in front of the gear sticks. Regarding changing the stereo & the NATS system i've never once had an issue after changing the stereo, fitted 2 different...

Fitting Terrano heated leather seats info needed.

3rd row unclips out so take it out & fold the second row forwards & you'll get all the seats in fine

    max power for a 2.7tdi?

Standard is 125bhp & after a remap most see 150-155bhp but with a good induction kit mounted at the front (as it's going to be purely road use) & a good performance exhaust you should gain around an extra 10 bhp, a larger intercooler will help loads front mount for the best cooling but you will...

Fitting Terrano heated leather seats info needed.

The seat heat controller switches will also be needed to switch them on/off & to adjust the heat setting. Not sure if they are plug & play or not if not that will be an easy fix with an ignition live & a relay:augie You will have to sort the air bag light out if the new seats don't have them or...

    Tire size

245/75R16's work out at 30.5" so should fit without any problems but there is a chance the inner side of the front mud flaps might need trimming back a bit

    Someone Nicked my Karma!

OMG what a day for you's but they say it comes in 3's well with the broken down car & both of your T2's not being well you should get some good luck now. If you get stuck for a thermostat gasket Clive let me know as I think i've got a spare one somewhere:thumbs

Can you retro fit the steering wheel stereo controls?

My 55 plate SE has a leather steering wheel with the radio controls, as long as the wiring harness is there & the steering wheel has the blanking plate which can be removed then yes they can be retro fitted

How much cutting for my new tyres?

Think you'll need a 2" suspension lift as well to get them on & it'll reduce some of the cutting/hammering
