Courts can be a bit strange with costs, the fine should always be higher than the costs, as the fine is the punishment not the costs. I take a number of cases out through work and depended upon the Judge/presiding Magistrate they will amend cost applications:(, mainly we do get higher costs:)...

before shelling out for relays, try bypass straight from batt to glow plug circuit (max5 secs or so). need hefty bit of cable there's a good few amps flowing:D. also clean connectors to the relay base. it's quite rare for relays to go wrong, crappy connections more common:thumb2
