Progress update! So about an hour ago I got to remove the mini filter, as you may imagine, it was clogged to the brim, so removed entirely, I'm not going to try clean it, and wow what a difference, pulls sooo much better it used to hesitate from idle to 1700rpm and I thought it was turbo lag...
