My ABS light is on in the dash. How can i find where the fault is located? Is the ABS central connected to the diagnostic plug for data connection? I got a Terrano II TD27TI 97' Do i have to check every sensor manually? And how do i do that?

Does anyone know if UK got some online partdealers? Have tryed several times now to get the CKP Sensor for my Terrano for E-bay and other sites, nut i always get the wrong part. So i want to buy a original Nissan part to be sure that i get the right one. But the problem is that i live in Norway...

Is the wastegate valve/actuator supposed to move when revving the enging in neutral? i suspect that the wastegate is not working as i should. So i want to do a quick test of it.

I cleaned the CKP sensor yesterday, and the problems seems to have gotten less. The jerking is not as violent now as they were before.

My glow plugs is ****ed. Have orderd new ones. That might explain the problems at cold engine, but the problems is still there with warm enging, so it have to be more. The car has gone 260 000km (162 000mils) and is an 97'

Actually, mine is worse when the engine is cold it seems. Yesterday when we hade minus 10degrees the car som more troubled then when it's minus 2-3degrees. But when the engine has gotten really warm, the problem is less. Not very much, but a little better.

Problem is that when i rev it up in neutral, it's some misfireing over 2500rpm. The problem is the same all gears and both 2 and 4wd drive. So it's strange that it slways happens at the same rpm in all gears. Have checked the mini filter, and i don't have it. Seems the TDI don't have mini...

I found one on ebay to £96 It sad it would fit my car, so i think i'll try that one. Has anyone tryed to monitor the CKP sensor with diagnostic? (ecutalk ect.)

Im having some real anoying problems with my terrano. When i pass 2500rpm the car starts jerking like hell. the more trottle i give the more the car bounces(jerking) I thougth it might be the MAF, so i ordered a new MAF, and the problem got worse. When using the Ecutalk, the only error code...

Have connected the ECUTALK and am monitoring the MAF data. Does anyone know what data it should have? At idle it's showing 2V and 4V at 3200 rpm. And how do i know if it's faulty?

ARB delivers locker for both front and rear diff for the terrano II 1997 For the Terrano -1997 it's just the front diff.

Usually when the trust bearing is bad, it also whine or rattle when idle and in neutral. But then the bearing is very bad. If you are changing the clucth, you also change this bearing (don't forget the crankshaft seal and check the flywheel for cracks)

Im wondering when the turbo on my 2.7TDI 97' releases the turbo boost? And is it normal for the turbo to whistle when i give much trottle? Have hade some TD cars in my life, but none have been whistling. Can the seal turbo seal be bad?

I think i have to go for the ARB Air locker. It's more expensive, but i need 4wd with out permanent lock.

Is the Lokka a differential lock or is it a differential brake? Doesn't look like you can manually connect the lock.
