Thank for all that info it looks like I'll be cutting off the other bump stop so it looks same on both sides and hopefully get a pass then ill stick them back on after to help the suspension but as long as I get a pass I'll be very happy

ok thanks for the quick reply arnt they an mot fail if you dont have them also i would prefare to have them as i carry a lot of weight in it and do a lot of heavy towing.i will phone main stealers tomoz and have a laugh at there price but maybe get a part number so i can try and source them cheeper

hi all i need a new rear bump stop but cant find them on milners or ebay is there another term to find them or another site that has them ? are the bolts prone to snap when undoing the bracket ? any help would be great

i havent done it yet that is tomorrows job if it is dry and mine is a 2001 terrano 2 plus i will post when i have done just hope all goes well with it and that is a good link i think that will come in handy for a few bits :-)

The Bosch 1 said it was for 101bhp and wrong age so I went with another that I found for £90 but stated the correct year and 125bhp ill post and let everyone know if it's correct part etc thanks for getting me on right track thow

that sounds like a nice easy way i think i will remove the hub then as it will take longer messing around trying to drill it out without dropping any debris.i just need to get the sensor ordered now thanks again great info

i have been looking at all the other threads on here and it would of been a nice easy fix it it was just the wire but i have only had the car a couple of weeks and i had suspicions about the sensor and on investigation it had already been butchered so i just needed to know the best place/price...

i was worried about swarf and other debris that will fall in the hole or will it come out when moving or should i keep vac on it while doing it ??
