I didn't say everything would be cheaper, just that they had 50% off. Depends what you need/want I suppose. I got full set of Bosch wiper blades cheaper than I found anywhere else local just for 'standard' ones. Same with the battery. Need some glow plugs but they didn't work out cheaper at all...

Fed up of waiting, 2 weeks now - no stickers and no response to my emails. Put a claim in for my money back with Paypal. Would rather have the stickers though :(

I have a question (and don't laugh!)... Can you use a spark plug tool to remove a glow plug? Or are they different sizes etc? :nenau I've changed spark plugs in the past as well as glow plugs, but I've never compared them or considered whether one tool fits all :o

I got General Grabbers which have done 10k miles and still look like new. Pretty pleased with them. BFG's are the only other ones I'd really consider as an alternative, but that's just my own preference ;)

Mine are mounted with brackets. I only know cos I'm trying to remove them, but the bolts are proper stuck. So if you have some side steps with the brackets then the holes should be there for them (or so I would logically assume) :)

How easy is it to get to the connections/wires/cluster at the back? My N/S rear indicator has developed an intermittent fault (i.e. not working and causing double-speed on the fronts), so far only cured with a small thump every now and then :augie I've read a few threads and know I have to go...

Simple fix, turned out to be the connections on the horn itself. All sorted, thanks for the tips ;)

Had a look at removing the side steps from my LWB at the weekend, but the bolts are impossible to undo. The hubby is a strong bloke but he couldn't shift any of them. 10 years has obviously got them well stuck! :doh Any recommendations for what to try next? :nenau
