Found oil on the block near the starter motor. Where will it be from ? Brian

Yes got a few mates but I can only do on a Sunday . Think I might have a jammed alternator so will whip tha off and check.

Tried that already as well as starter positive direct to battery. Still nothing. Think a gallon of petrol over it will be cheaper , quicker and warmer :lol

Fitted in the bottom as the casing looked bigger than top. Anyway all bolted up and still not starting !!!!!! Had new starter, battery, clamps and ignition . Any ideas ?

Might have taken off but I need to know how to put it back on :lol

Quick question. Took starter motor off last week and can't remember which way round the bolts go. Does the longer one go at the top or at the bottom ? Starting problems all pointed to dodgy starter but now tested and is fine. Now trying to find why there's not enough power getting to it. Brian

My done that . Put some tape over the join over chrome cover and body which stopped it

No only used the car 2 or 3 days this year .

You need some roof bars . Could have got a bit more

Little bit of pre mot work . Can't wait to take the drums off .....they've been on since new :lol

They're all torque :-)

Mine is due a mot in December and there's a few holes appeared since last year . I'll leave the mud on maybe he won't notice :lol
