If it's north peaks I could be interested, there doesn't seem to be much else up in the Manchester area. I've been laning in the north peaks once, but don't know where the lanes are. Last time we all met HERE.

I run mine on KTC GM soya oil from Costco, 88p per litre last time I got some. This last week I went for the 10% petrol method and it's been fine. I used to do 50/50 to 80/20 diesel depending on the weather. I have been doing this for the last year and over 16,000 miles - no problems for me.

I also checked my MAF and it's a Bosch one, this means my fuel pump and other ancillaries are Bosch too, right?

I've only played with it once, advancing or retarding the fuel pump? I've no idea, how would I check? I think I have a Bosch system, but don't know for sure. I'll have a look at my MAF tomorrow.

Mine is under the fuse box, it is a female connection and white IIRC

Tried it with the lite version first, just to check it worked and then got the full version - both worked fine. Mine is an X reg and 2001(I think) I'll try and have a play tomorrow, but I'm notorious for making and breaking plans.

Tired and headache sounds more like carbon monoxide symptoms, I doubt the smell of cannabis could cause those symptoms.

I've downloaded that on my Nexus and bought THIS off eBay and I get readings off it. Things like RPM, fuel flow rate, coolant temp., engine work (I think?) and a few others - seems to work for me. It also uses the built in GPS for MPG calculations. Not tried it on a journey yet My engine light...

So, the blowing continued, then suddenly it stopped :) but was replaced by the sound of a loose piece of metal :( The exhaust connected to back rear of the back box had rusted through, took it to my local garage I was expecting to need half a new exhaust system, but instead they put a sleeve...

My Terrano has started sounding different when I'm on the motorway, the engine noise is louder and sounds like a rear passenger window is open. (It's not BTW, I've checked ;)) I assumed because that's where the exhaust is and more fumes are produced when on the motorway that the fault lies...

It only took a week longer than I thought, but I sealed the rear of the Terrano, under the black strip and under the trim either side with pretty much a full tube of tiger-seal - which, by the way, is horrible to work with. It sticks to anything and everything and refuses to be wiped/washed off...

I think I'm off work that day, if so I'll be there. It's only a 50 minute drive - it'll give me something to do ;)
