The fan clutch comes with the water pump. can be split but easier just to change the water pump. As for the fan, i'm not sure if its the same as the Diesel. A quick measure across the mounting bolt holes and fan diameter will answer this question.

A couple of common places for oil leaks are the dip stick tube. The o rings loose their ability to seal over time. Bottom part of the sump can rust and become porus and leak. If you are ever in my area i can have a look for you. :thumb2

Or leave the snorkel and air box as is and fit the battery on the drivers side like i did. Plenty of room once you move the expansion tank, power steering reservoir and a few wiring plugs. Is there not room to fit one in the back with yours being a commercial :nenau

Did mine a couple of years back. I fabricated my own. I had no problems with access but i have 2" body lift Have seen folks that have cut the floor for better access.

Will see how it turns out. No doubt a few trips on the lanes will soon have it back to the bush pin stripe look:thumbs:lol

I think once it's all finished it will look better. It's contrasting with original colour at the moment.

I'm still unsure. Looks alot darker on the roll than it does on the car:nenau

Made a bit more progress with the wrap today between showers. To be honest I haven't made my mind up about it :nenau

Wrapping the spare bonnet didn't go to plan though. Got the vinyl on and was working it onto the panel. Had to lift one corner again to get rid of the air bubbles and it pulled the lacquer off :doh Got to get it down to sound paint before i try again so might just spray it a matt black for now.

Then i had a trial run with the vinyl. Gone for a blue digital camo pattern.
