I think this has already been lifted but when I see how much difference there is when the new springs are on I may raise it a little bit more. :smile:

I personaly would start with the plugs, it sounds as though it is not burning enough fuel, you can try a trick I was tought, in neutral bring the revs up to about 2000 for about 10 secs, if the smoke fades or disapears gradualy it is a sign it is burning the excesive unburnt fuel, if not I am...

After many month of searching for rear springs to lift my R3M I have finaly found a pair, in the states :roll: :roll: . They can supply and post them to me for $253.70 which equates to roughly £130, I personaly dont think that is bad but cant compare them to the uk equivelent as I cant find...

I know that no dogs are allowed in the vehicles whilst on the course but not sure if they can be at the event.

I would imagine that the vehicles were air lifted, I cant see them driving back with the problems they had getting there through the boulder field. I loved the bit where they had a drink of Gin while driving and said it was ok because they were in international waters :lol:

Auto for me, it is so much easier when it comes to off roading, no wories about stalling, if I wanted some thing sporty then it would be a manual but for the 4x4 I would say auto.

Look at the Nissan that Clarkson trashed, he dosnt often rate Jap cars but even he said it is the toughest 4x4.

To mix the gases you could just take it for a run for half an hour then try again, it should work, had this once before and that is what the caravan centre advised.
