Its T'd into a line off the intercooler, electrical sender. Seems to have a one way valve on it as it doesnt read any negative boost or vacuum when off throttle

Does anyone have a part number for glow plugs for this year of Patrol? So far Ive ordered through Halfords (should have known better, only I had a trade card) and online, and both were the wrong glow plug

Sounds like the fuel tank breather is blocked, should be near the fuel cap. The tank was probably in a vacuum and pump was struggling to provide fuel to the engine hence the misfire

I think you want to check each plug has a resistance of between 0.5 and 1.0 Ohm. If all the plugs had failed I doubt it would start, so it might just be one thats gone. If you wait 10-15 seconds after the light goes out I reckon it'll start almost straight away. Mine is doing this currently

Sloppy shifting was down to the cotter pin, tightened it up and that seems to have sorted that problem out.

Had the gear lever covers off and it does shift into 4H its just the lever is sloppy between 2H and 4H. Whoever owned this in the past has done some interesting (amateur) work on it. Boost gauge fitted in the cup holder next to the handbrake, wires fed out by the shift lever and up into the bay...

Ive just got a patrol today, the fob doesnt work, and I found the control unit. Plugged in a plug and it just flashes the hazards, the car still starts though. The only fob I have is the red button one, so I assume thats not the master, any way I can get this re-set up?
