    Hi Just got a new MOT on mine and spotted a damp patch on the sump - it has got a rusty piece and is porus. what is the best and / or easiest method of repair and has anybody else had a similar prob as to take it off looks like an engine out job and I dont want to do that Cheers Watermannie :(

    Thanks for the replies. I did as you all said and took off the switch and stripped it down and teh contacts had a dirty film on them so cleaned them up with fine emery paper took the switch cleaner to them and gave them a coat of vaseline and reassembled and they seem to be working fine now...

    Hello , my Drivers side headlamp has stopped working -changed the bulb changed the fuse still dont work on dip or main beam BUT works on the headlamp flasher ???? cant see any bad wires spots are wired to that one using the main beam wire as a feed to the relay so as not to overload the wiring...
