Since i pretty much like photos, lot's of them...
This week end i went to the snow!
Here a little snow is motive for joy and hapiness!!! :D
Isn't usual for us.
According the workshop manual:
If MIL extinguishes: No trouble codes have been recorded.
It does turn off after around 15 seconds.
The two times it happened, was in calm driving.
Low throttle, around 1500RPM.
Will check the fuel filter.
Hello.
I supose my Maverick as a TD27Ti engine. (1997 Ford Maverick)
The check engine light already turned on 2 times.
Loss of power for a couple of seconds (maybe 15) and then off and the power is back.
Where do i start the diagnose?
Does it have a ODB plug anywhere? Or is too soon for ODB?
Yes, standard suspension.
Not looking for too many mods on the Maverick, at least for now.
But with IFS on the front, i can lift too much.
Bigger tyres + Suspension Lift = Drive Shaft Gone. :D
Well, just to close this topic.
The 31 fits on my steel rims nicely, however once installed on the Maverick i can turn too much.
I have to grind a little bit and up the suspension.
Now the Maverick is on a friend place waiting for:
- Grinder in the front
- Lift the front suspension around 1 or 2cm (less then 1 inch).
- Install rock sliders.
New photos when ready! :)
The steel wheels that i use are -25 with the 30mm spacers, it's a +5mm offset.
When i finally fit the 31" tyres i can let you know.
How will you do a 50mm suspension lift? Or are you talking about a body lift?
