u could book ur own b & b for the event if u wanted that much luxury then it could be to ur taste and price bracket as long as in peaks u'd be local to event

My advise before u go out off roading and lanning Is get to know ur motor be confident in driving its size and make sure it's working ok fuel gauge works oils ok etc Then the best and safest mod to do us throw a cb in it as its how we all communicate while lanning warning of hazards etc U can...

As r1cho as already said could always do different groups One for the experianced loaners and one for the keep it easy shiny trucks that just want to see the sights Then the others can keep then selfs occupied or met at a center point

Put a pole up see who would want to meet up for a weekend also need to know if would want laning and if stopping in tent or van Just it's a lot of work fOr someone without rough idea
