Clutch Done , but pedal issues

Still alittle air trapped.. Bleed it in the usual manner slowly and surely at both slave cylinder and damper, close them up then give the pedal afew fast pumps letting it spring up from the bottom on its own. Abit rough but often moves the air bubble, which a 2nd bleed will then remove.

    terrano not firing!

If the little red led flashes wildly when you turn on the ignition then the immob is still active. Did you charge the battery with leads on or off?

    petrol/diesel running gear

Obviously the gear and diff ratios are vastly different between the petrol's and Derv's. Also the Petrols use a Nissan box, and the Diesels a Renault box. So no, it wont work!!! Are you sure its your gearbox noisy, or is it the transfer box ?

So glad you finally got to the bottom of it !!

    Wastegate??

No. Engine needs to be under considerable load and over 2500rpm for any chance of W/G to open.

    he;p with my 02 terrano

FWIW - a 2-3 second buzz at switch off is normal behaviour for the Bosch pump TDI.

    T2 clutch £700 just labour !

Assume he is going to do a decent job replacing all the bolts etc. I've seen more than one car with several bellhousing bolts missing following a "mr clutch" type visit...

    T2 clutch £700 just labour !

You would have to have all the kit and be handy with the spanners on a lift with an assistant (at times) to change a clutch on these in 4hrs...

    Limp mode?

Terrano 2 2004 Model - ECM (ECU replacement)

They are- post 2001 use the 16pin OBDII connector and are far more moden a design. Method of operation still the same though.

Terrano 2 2004 Model - ECM (ECU replacement)

With the exisiting Immob dongle, the dealer should be able to clear the learnt keys and program your existing keys., which will then tell the ECU it's okay to run. As far as I am aware they are not one-shot only.

Someone's turned the screw then! LOL

All the 2.7's are very under-fuelled as standard, you'll probably see no soot whatsoever when revved. Smoke test will be a doddle.

Rubbish!! Particulate emission of 3.0 opacity or less for regular turbo engines. Doesnt matter whether it is an ECU or a watering-can throwing the fuel in. Post 2008 it comes down to 2.5.
