The ZD30 is a direct injection diesel, so I very much doubt the GP's will be the problem. I ran mine for two years will all four plugs not working, it was only when the temperature dropped to minus double digits one winter did I notice a reluctance to start.
I don't have any significant...
Loosen the nut a couple of turns until it is just proud of the thread, then while pulling on the wheel tap the nut with a hammer.
This method has previously worked well for me.
My guess is that the water is boiling in the heat exchanger. This could be caused by a low rate of circulation. Maybe poor pump performance, the vanes in the circulator pump can over time become clogged up with debris.
Pop the pump out and give it a 10 year birthday clean up....
I use one of these: http://m.screwfix.com/p/ae0181-rechargeable-led-work-light-5w-12-240v/1047d
No cables to get tangled up in...Have a read of the reviews.
They are pretty easy to deal with, most just have three connections, supply, ground and an on/off output that can drive a small relay.
As for heat and vibration, it's why they where made, often found in harsh industrial processes.

They are a very versatile bit of kit, soft start, programmable acceleration, frequency etc... frequently found in passenger lifts in single phase premises.

Some info on the motor rating would be helpful in sizing an inverter drive unit...
My Skoda speedometer over reads quite significantly too.
Phone, GPS both indicate the same lower speed.
Interestingly the Skoda diagnostics agree with the Phone and GPS, so I conclude speedometer over read is by design!
On the plus side your vehicle has probably done around 10% less than the...
Here's the spill return mod:

Note the use of external fuel pump!
Here's the OEM layout with spill return to IP inlet:
There are folks on here that have had "re-maps" I'll let them comment on what was achieved, but it will be well short of 200bhp.
A bigger blower is fine, but you still go to get a commensurate amount of fuel to match the increase in air....
