Was the leak there before you replaced the fuel pipe or after? All you can do is check all the joints and see if there's any seepage from the joints. As Doug has already mentioned, its worth bypassing the filter to see if thats the cause. Failing that, you can always pressure test the feed line...

I started looking at tyres but ended up looking at new wheels too. The original ones are a little tired looking so have been seeing whats available before I pull the trigger on some new tyres. Have you ever tried the Hifly's? 80% will be road driving so not after anything aggressive.
