i havnt checked mine, and little kick out in the wet. but it certainly feels like its working on hairpins . this clutch in the dif are these like cork friction plates or what ? could they just be still clogged with wrong oil. would it take time like everyone suggests to work proper oil into them

not on all! the hitachi ones all appear to be behind the heater control. but the bosch systems ive had were all in the passenger footwell under a tin plate

i have asked others and it turns out there are 4 different diffs for the t2 all have lsd. but again its not going to fix right away it will need to work in . so im told

yes . do you have abs on these ? could also be a worn brake ring in the auto hubs , i had one that kept trying to engage every now and then check and possibly change transmission fluid it wont hurt will it

if i remember from many chats about this, if it has the wrong oil and you change it for lsd its not going to fix right away. and often its left to run with new oil for a week or so then re changed before lsd is full operational. i remember paul used to change his lsd like every few months:augie

id go with the sleave too, even rubber would do for a bit .....im guessing something was rubbing ? how did the intercooler hold up, or has that got a hole in it too :augie

so am i right in thinking yours is the hitachi system with the throttle valve above the inlet manifold ? is that what you took the guts out of ? how dirty was your intercooler if the rest was choked up ? im guessing you have checked for mini filter in the banjo ? have you considered removing...
