offside....

mine were 19mm.... sprayed them with wd40 and left it a couple of days, used a open on the lower and ring on the higher they came apart without and problems, used socket on adjustment bolt and measured the lenght of bolt coming out, mine are set at 95mm to the top of the bolt above the cross...

if your just raising the height there are two bolts with two nuts on each on the centre cross member if your indexing the bars as well you'll see the index splines on that cross member as well.... I think I need mine re indexing but like you I'm not a experenced mechanic and would like somebody...

It's the 57i kit came with filter and bracket you have to remove the old filter housing unit.....

Hi All Changed the air filter for a K&N induction one and now have noticed a turbo wheeze (sounds like a muted scooby) when I let off above 2000rpm is this normal or have I not tightened the jubilee clips enough?:nenau

with that amount of clearence he can put the steps back on......:lol:lol

pretty much thats it, I used a trolley jack to lift the front and put axel stands under lowered onto the stands and then slackened off the lock nuts and tightened the torrsion bolts measuring how much bolt had come up then did it the same the other took it for a short ride to help settle and...

so had a go at raising the front, have about 3 3/4" of bolt showing above the cross member either side... is this about right?

Damn I'm down south on jollies onth 5th so cant make that one.....:(

Morning All had a look under the bus this morning and now see what I'm suppose to be looking for.... there are two, one for each side is that correct? Do I need to do the whole torsion bar set up or just alter the bolts? is there a set gap between the tyre and arch? and what are the adjustment...
