    HELLO

Welcome to the site. They men in green left the game after them. Made mistakes they shouldn't have made. The England v France game should be a cracker.

    Fuel filter replacement

I would tend to change the fuel filter every second oil change at least, i.e. about every 12000 miles, and sometimes at every oil change. They should be easy enough to get off but you probably won't get it off by hand. Filter removal tool should get it off easy enough. If its stuck or too...

    Relay problem ?

Oh, that buzzer. Thanks. I thought there might be some kind of buzzer or alarm thingy that wasn't working on mine.

    7 seats into 8 seats???

Got fed up talking to the broker so called up the insurance company themselves. Plank, seems you're spot on so far. If I send the insurance company an engineer's report the insurance company will accept that. And they don't expect there should be any increase in the insurance premium. I did a...

once upon a time, there wa...............

Only other suggestion I can make is as a result of an intermittent niggling problem I had over the past 12 months. I had changed fuel filter, tried MAF, air filter etc. but made no difference until I gave a thorough cleaning to the bottom part of the fuel filter housing (the white part that has...

    headlight adjustment

Four wires, 1 black, 1 red, 2 green but one of the greens looks like it has a yellow stripe on it. It should be just above the cover for the fuse panel and right beside the button for adjusting the electric mirrors. What do you have there if there is no knob for adjusting the lights?

    headlight adjustment

Not a clue. Will see if I can pop it out and have a look for you. Be back in a few minutes.

    headlight adjustment

Don't know about the 03 models but on the 00 model there is a small circular wheel thing on the drivers side between the strreing wheel and the door below the air vent with numbers on it that adjusts the lights.

once upon a time, there wa...............

There is an item in the downloads section about how to read the fault codes yourself.

once upon a time, there wa...............

Steve, have you also done the usual change of the fuel filter. Is air filter ok also. Think it was mentioned here previously somewhere that MAF would only comes into play at higher revs and not when idling. If that is the case then it shouldn't be a MAF problem. Maybe other members could verify...

    Hello to you all

Welcome to the club. Thought the 3 door Terranos were short wheel base and 2.4's. Is there three door 2.7's?

    Relay problem ?

might have the owners hanbook for the T2 with me. if so i will have a look and see what relay is for what. mine is a different model but might be some help.

    Relay problem ?

Haven't got the T2 with me today so I can't go an look. On your photo of the relays and fuses under the bonnett there is a line of four or five fuses with clear caps on the top. The end one, looks black, looks like an 80 amp main fuse. The others are probably 20 or 30 amps. Try swapping these...

    Relay problem ?

Could you try checking the relays under the bonnett one by one. Take out one and try it for each of the others in turn. Just remember which one goes back where. Don't take out the main relay--usually a higher number on that than the others e.g. 80--which will probably be screwed in anyway. If...

    7 seats into 8 seats???

I be trying that long before I'll be considering the second part of Daved's suggestion anyway.

    7 seats into 8 seats???

True enough. But I had hoped to get another year or two out of the T2. Do I really have to buy a mini-bus jobby
