    LSD oil

Don't think GL-4 oil will do for LSD. As far as I can recall it must be GL-5.

    oil changed today

Have used section of garden hose with cut off of plastic drinks bottle on top to fill diff oil but recently bought cheapo funnell in Tesco with flexi pipe on bottom which is much tidier. Some of the smaller 1 or 2 ltr oil containers that diff oil sometimes comes in also have a nozzle top on them...

    K&n

Got one of them. It seems to be paper covered with a wire mesh as far as I can tell. It is a £ 10 ebay special but I kept that in mind when ordering it. Part of the reason I ordered it is I needed to see if I could get it to fit before I spent the money on a genuine K&N. (I want to fit it to...

    The bradford factor

In recent times have found myself on the other side of the desk--the side that has to accept the sick notes and other explinations and / or excuses as to why someone is not turning up for work. Very hard to have a system that allows flexibility to employees and at the same time eliminate people...

    Rugby..........Wales v Ireland

Dodgy try all-right and shouldn't have happened. But Ireland should have won and didn't. The substitution of O'Gara, the kick missed in front of goal and the last minute error when a try looked inevitable lost it for them. What about Italy though :clap :clap :clap

    Extra 700000 miles on clock

And there was me thinking it was all sorted. :(

    Extra 700000 miles on clock

Apologies for reviving a fairly old thread but thought it might be of interest. The problem of the oddometre reading an extra 700,000 miles is sorted. The fix is as follows--do nothing and keep driving until the clock reaches 100,000 miles. Since the first number changed from 0 to 1 the problem...

    K&n

Did you try to contact him and see what's the story? If its the same seller that others on this thread ordered from others seem to have received the goods without a problem. Ordered one myself so will let you know if the item makes it overseas to here.

Veg Oil or Dirty Oil (Diesel)

You will have your work cut out in the South of Ireland to find veg oil cheaper than diesel. The supermarkets, incl, Lidl, are now about E 1.49 for a litre of veg oil. Diesel can still be got at least 9 cent cheaper a litre. I did get quoted E1.09 a litre a few weeks ago for rapeseed oil from a...

How's the tyres. Had a similar experience last week when roads were a bit wet. Think I'll be needing to change tyres soon.

Pic of mine in the snow

Used to use my own for a bit of everything but now generally just use it as a family vehicle. My experience has been that the T2 can give niggling problems now and then but as long as it gets some bit of looking after it will be hard to kill. You could be driving it for a long time yet.

    Relay problem ?

Don't know. Fuses on mine are totally different from the set-up for the Mistral as given by rayf3262 above. Had a look in my Owner's Manual and that does not say anything about what fuese or relays relate to what.

Pic of mine in the snow

66k miles is nothing. Truck is good as new in milage terms. Very clean looking as well. What do you plan to use if for? General use, towing, off-road excursions, fun in the snow?? How does it compare on power to the frontera?

I'll keep my eyes open for a set of them when at the breakers. If they fit PHATWULLY's truck then it will be possible to do the job.

Pic of mine in the snow

In the interest of safety of new members I recommend you take them off and send them on to me so I can do a bit of research on them and some long term testing. Just to make sure they are safe and sound you know .... :augie How long have you had the truck? Tell us what you think of it.

would they be a staright fit onto the T2 or would it take some cutting and welding?
