    malfunction light

BS is right, could just be bad earth or dodgy starter. The EML can be a temperamental little sod...on the wifes auto it comes on if you stall the car (which you still can on an auto if you're a woman LOL) and you have to remove the battery to make it go out. If you do replace the battery make...

    Dale Farm...

If Plank was around he'd explain theres a world of difference between the two in some respects. Which isn't to say there arent dodgy Roma (witness that prog the other night about Romanian child beggars and benefit scams)...both parties are travellers by nature and both ethnic (true Roma come...

    Parcel2Go - a shower of shite.

anyone got a recommendation for shipping 2-3 kgs of stuff to the States?

    sunroof

the reason I ask is that they often leak and the water goes straight into the mechanism and rusts it slowing everything down.

    Shaky steering at 60mph

Hmmm...not a well known make so quite possible that the tyre is not symmetrical or is badly fitted. I'd be tempted to do what I suggested, swap fronts and rears and see if that makes a difference...at least if it does it narrows your search down. If it turns out to be the out-of-true one then...

    Dale Farm...

big crowd of em due here soon, they come every year, fill the car park for a month and basically shut the town down. Don't even start me.

    Rear screen demister problem

Just as Liam says. Push button in, warning light comes on and, AFAIK, it stays on til you switch it off.

    Parcel2Go - a shower of shite.

Just a little update....parcel eventually got delivered nine days ago (ten days after it was collected for next day delivery haha) to a completely spurious address in London - recipient called us and P2G arranged for TNT to collect and return to us next day (last Thursday). Guess...

    Shaky steering at 60mph

All of the above....but highly unlikely its bent alloys. Try swapping wheels around and see if it makes a difference and if the one you speak of is that far out of whck, get it refitted....what make of tyre is it?

    Hampshire Police recruiting 4x4 volunteers

Exactly, I mean WTF does a fecking Land Cruiser do on a motorway that a Transit won't......I swear half these eejyits only sign on so they can ponce about in posh motors, while the local cops are reduced to a bloody Corsa in some areas....pisses me off bigtime.

    sunroof

What was operation like before it failed? Everything normal or was it slowing down?

    Hampshire Police recruiting 4x4 volunteers

Maybe pulling some of those tosspot highway patrols off the road and swapping their highly-specd 4x4s for a transit van would help.

My Terrano - first day off the flat stuff.

You can just about get 33s on if you hammer flat the metal seam in the wheelarch.....raising the torsion bars to get the front level helps to avoid the worst of any contact as well. But my advice would be to save bashing anything and just get a tyre thats slightly smaller than that....any...

    Crunch!!!

you are perfectly entitled to sue him for what it costs to put you back in the position you were in before the accident. So with more Mavs in the scrapper than the rare Mistral, you might be OK....

Be the first to wave to club members.

You too? My dad had an estate version (LOL!) of the REALLY old ones with the rounded bodyshell.....used to drive my mum around in it with 4 little kids in the back and people used to wet themselves when we all tumbled out the back....but I've always had a soft spot for them! Like this, but...

    clutch?? engine light?

Totally agree, my little garage in Llandovery did a great job - and with £35/hour labour rates, what can I say LOL:lol

Graunch / knock from the front - NOT steering stops.

Those links are certainly shot and the ARB bushes don't look great. A polybush kit is a good idea and not too expensive? Top tip is to UNDO THE ARB bolts first, makes it far easier to manoeuvre, remove/refit the droplinks.
