I would suggest just watering the tail gate door area on the roof first as water seeps around the door seal, my old truck did this, but the water made the boot area damp & not the rear seating area. I work on the principal that it's not greatly stressed so why spend money on a gasket that my motor factors probably won't stock & it'll be a genuine Nissan part from the dealer. I've eaten the cereal & so it's cost me zero :D I've even used cork floor tiles for gaskets before :lol
