Yes all sorted. Set the controls to windscreen blower only and left it like that. Might fix it proper in the future but it will do for now :)

It was my understanding theres MAFs out there that only use 3 wires and others 4. Hitachi and Bosch.

Can anyone shed some info on how to remove the center dash on a mk3 t2? Im so used to my old round headlight model. Im trying to fix my dads t2 blower controls. Can't switch between windscreen, middle, feet vents etc. Guessing controls have come loose.

Some use a bolt (can't remember the thread type/size) but I used a brake pipe compression end stop connector.

Maybe from the old days for PTO winches?

Also camber could be out of whack from worn out ball joints, rubber bushings etc etc

Even after tracking mine used to do the same, Probably a camber issue. May be both.
