    The Camper Project

Some quality pics there Jim and nice progress on the camper. I've only been to Skye once and for as gorgeous as it was, I have to admit, the trip was somewhat tarnished by the damn midges that ate the living sh*t out of me while we were there :( Reading through your plans for the future, solar...

"Terrance" - 04' Terrano II SE Commercial 2.7TDi Project Thread

A lonely road........ Well a lot has happened in the last few years with life and what not, but I'll be honest, not a lot has happened with the truck since 2021. I don't know what happened but I just kind of fell out of love with it and couldn't seem to get my arse into gear to get the jobs...

    Heater stuck on hot

This is usually the cable coming unclipped on the controller. Take a look behind there and see if it just needs to be clipped back into place. The tell-tale sign of this will be the lever itself, if it's come off you shouldn't feel any resistance on the control when you spin it. If you've lost...

    Oil consumption

I use 10w 40 mineral in all my Terrano's  Not sure on the science behind using 15w to reduce the oil consumption. I think I understand the logic that you are using however if the valve seals have gone, the oil will still be leaking past them just slower with a lower viscosity oil. I'd be...

    Where to buy wheel studs

Ah balls!!!! I didn't realise that was the case and re-reading the original post, he has said that they are for the NSR, (near side rear). I'm going to have to have a look around in the garage to see what I've got knocking around but I'm not 100% that I'll have any :doh

    Where to buy wheel studs

This was deffo a front hub, I had to remove the bearings and lock nuts etc to get it off the rest of the knucle etc

    Where to buy wheel studs

These are the studs that I pressed out of the hub for you, would be interested to see one of these next to one of yours

    Where to buy wheel studs

  I'm sorry to hear they weren't the right ones mate, have you got a picture of them showing the difference in length? I didn't even know there were different lengths. The ones I sent you were from a hub that was labelled up as a 2003 LWB Manual :nenau
