    My car was stolen today

Hi Karin, So sorry to hear your new's :( Ive had 2 attempted thefts on an old land rover of mine and thats bad enough. I havn't got a manual to refer to but mine patrols a diesel auto and the final gear/overdrive is higher than a manual so cruising revs is ridiculously low, about 1,800rpm at...

    WINCH - This is clever.!

Haha! 'Even a woman can do it!' love it :) Land rover used to sell these on the old series vehicles, pretty much the same but the drum was a capstan drum so you needed someone to tension the rope but you could control recovery speed etc.... Nice find mate.

    Locked out of a T2!

Well done on the effected entry!!! Half tennis ball only works on a handful of older cars (as said) that have pneumatic central locking. As stated, you'd just a look a bit silly on a modern car with electric motor driven locks! Daz

AS ABOVE!!!! I decided that seal kits were the way to go on my last landy's front callipers, 1st brought some pattern parts, after stripping down the callipers i found they didnt fit! Then brought some land rover ones, fitted these and they leaked within the month!!! THEN brought some...
