Dream house

What would you're dream house be. Mine would be in the middle of nowhere near some woods. Loads of space and a good size garage with a ramp. Only reason I'm writing this is coz I'm board ohh yes, don't forget t2s mavs and woman!!! :lol

always fancied having my own private green lane access to the dream estate,
as well as a more conventional access route for the 2wds.

more than just a farm track, something of an adventure that would need 4lo !

Cant beat that as laird however one place on our viewing list has this as a garden. Prime trout fishing at the bottom ...................and i hate the bloody things :lol:lol

This is the fishing spot, if we go for it bring your rods

personally for me its the perfect spot and dream house because i could launch my dinghy :thumbs

agreed :thumb2 we want shot of the house we're in, 4 kids moved on apart from the odd visit or grandson staying so we dont need the space. The one to the river is a small cottage which we want but the land which is south facing is the bonus in the deal

I LOVE sailing and the river you see is errr a challenge to be polite :lol:lol:lol would make it for me.

If its posh there we will swiftly lower the tone
