We've had a fair bit fall but except for first thing this morning it hasn't really settled, now almost gone/patchy, at peak I suppose the grass no longer stuck through the snow so a couple of inches.

I drove up the m6 to Penrith this morning and it was snowing like a gooden, around shap, and upto Penrith. could hardly see where i was going. but it didn't last.... shame really, cos i was hoping to be snowed in, company pay for digs, another couple of days in Cumbria would have been nice, spent a week in a b+b in keswick, while working in barrow, Workington, Carlisle and Penrith before xmas..
would have been a really nice place to be stranded!!! |

It was just teasing me here in West Yorkshire. It really looked like we were gonna get it today at work but no it didn't stick.
