Try this place. I lost 2 stone in 2 months easy. Takes a bit of getting used to though. |

My missus swears by Atkins. It used to get poo-pood but they've done a lot of science on it and it adds up apparently.
Weight loss is steady and more to the point, maintained, while still eating normal foods with some exceptions, mainly no carbohydrates or puddings. Most diets are great for crash weight loss but it all goes back on in the end. The science is to stop your body burning sugars, which are a short-term hit and don't use ANY body mass, and to condition it to start burning body fat which DOES. Missus has these pee strips and when I tested it after chopping a few logs I had zero sugar cos I'd used it all up and no ketones (which evidence body fat burn)...she had low sugar and shedloads of ketones..... And I have to say that she's lost getting on for a stone in 8-10 weeks, despite eating fry-ups every day and fresh cream in her coffee!!! That was only 10 stone something to 9 stone something so you ought to do proportionately better starting from a higher weight. But good luck whatever you do D. |
