Terrano was faultless in towing.

Just thought i would share the event.

Lucky you didnt get stopped that looks like a 3 1/2 tonne trailer max towing weight on terrano is 2800 kg or 3000 kg for the 3 litre

Default Land rover

HI ZIPS, thats not a 110! it's 1972 and should be a 109 series 3,but as there's no air intake on the n/s wing it may be a 2A

I towed it across Kendal about 3 miles through town.

It is a series 3 109 the reason there is no intake on this side is because its left hand drive ex MOD Singapore driven all the way back via Africa where it spent time. The engine is a 1964 from a series 2a (petrol) the thing only weighs in at 1702kg.

And it's going to need a lot of work but chassis and bulkhead are ok all doors are knackered.
It does run and drive but there are no electrics as all the looms removed (burn out).

Hope its as reliable (when finished) as the terrano but i don't think it will ever go offroad again.

It's just a toy as i like to hear my radio and have comfortable seats.
