When his got nothing better to do

But

Why delete them
If they have done nothing wrong
Deleting members can give a "club / forum" a bad rep in know time at all
I'd be peed if i was deleted for no reason or without notice

Question

if a person has not paid for 3 years they should be removed as this gives a false membership total, and should the club still hold these members personal details when in effect they are not club members ?????
it would also increase the percentage of "active" users

I'm sticking to what i first said & agree with you
I'm still a NON PAYING MEMBER on www.scoobycity.co.uk & would get the right hump if i was deleted even though i havent posted for 2 years.!
It would also delete my posts which alot of newbies would find very helpfull.!

Once a member, paying or non paying, always a member in my eyes

so the is no need to pay subscriptions then, and you are still classed as a member,

i would guess if you want to post or see the areas you pay to see then you have to pay, but if your happy not having the extras then no need to pay

that would depend on their definition of membership.
they have not asked to be deleted. or they might feel there truck is trouble free so didnt pay this year.... but its still there if they need us and want to pop in

Hi Steve,

I've only just picked up on this one sorry

It is actually a good idea to keep the members list realistic

People leave for many reasons and keeping their accounts here serves only to misrepresent the true membership.

If folk haven't logged on for 12 months or more then my guess is they are not going to return.

I have just deleted 180 from the members list who fit into the above criteria
