wheel related clicking / ratteling noise!
well we had a strange one this week!
a rattling/ cliking noise from the wheel area, checked the front hubs as you know, i am a bit of a manual hub pioneer and atomatically suspected theese, but no all seemed well! rear wheels poff, drums off no noise not rattle no leaks! so what could it be! go on guess! an exhaust mounting clamp, inside the newly fitted part worn tyre! moved by: wolf |

well it is tempting to name and shame but it was a mates place and he did it for a favour, i think he let the 'boy' do it and the clamp must have been either allready in the tyre as it was second hand or on top of the tyre machine.
anyway we were expecting to be forking out for new hubs so in some ways a positive result : |

Well that’s one way to carry your spare parts around with you, just a pain when you want to use the exhaust clamp and have to remove the tyre. : :
