I'm just a general duties guy there Rick so no spanners for me, I sweep the floors, tidy up, drive and next week I will be cutting up a 40ft shipping container using oxy acetylene, the container is no good anymore and requires a crane and a road closure to move properly so in the scrap it goes
Today I went for some red diesel, 285 litres, the look on the cashiers face as she kept peering out to check on me was priceless

Just to clarify, the first picture is of the steam cleaning facility
The green thing in the background is a generator, the grey thing is the steam cleaner. Inside the blue container is the derv and detergent! When I get back from Wales this month my truck is going to be steam cleaned to within an inch of its life I'm very happy that I can do it properly now, I'm gonna take the bumpers off so I can really give the inside of the chassis rails a right good blast out

So far so good Jim, it's a pretty laid back place to work

There is some good kit knocking about! These things are cool, there are six of them, position each under a wheel of whatever vehicle and then link them together with cables so they lift simultaneously, they can lift some big stuff too

I am surprised they purchase red derv from a service station, they would get it a lot cheaper if delivered direct, I do like those lift towers, nifty bit of kit, Rick

Good point about the diesel, it gets me a ride out though and that's better than working

Agreed, those lifts look great!

Hey Tdoug, get ready for a queue behind you to use that steam clean facility!

Good luck in your new job T-Doug. That's a change from plumbing in a boiler!
